While we do specialize in QuickBooks we are well versed in many accounting programs.  It’s unrealistic to believe that QuickBooks will serve every business and solve every problem.  There are a lot of programs to choose from.  We believe that QuickBooks is the easiest to set-up and use, but we can help you sift through all the options and get up and running on the software the serves you the best.

The software is only half the story.  Now you have to figure out the best way to use the software to get the information you need.  Data file creation includes the following as necessary:

Training

We offer seminars on QuickBooks as well as individual sessions.  Seminars are designed to touch on a wide array of subjects to help familiarize you with QuickBooks and how it works and what it can do for your business.  Individual sessions help you complete tasks and develop your company file to suit your individual work style and business style.  We can also provide training on Microsoft Small Business Accounting and Peachtree Accounting Software.  Training sessions can be remote or in person.  In a group or one-on-one.

Troubleshooting

Do you have a particular issue that keeps coming up?  An oddity on your statements that you can’t figure out? We can help with that too.  We can help you face to face in your office or remotely.  Whichever works best for you.
